What is Zephyr? There are not many places in the World that have this unvelievable sweet treat, despite it was invented by the ancient Greeks thousands years ago. Airy and weightless, it is made from fruit and berry puree, egg white and sugar, and is held together with natural pectin, agar-agar or gelatin. And if the confectioner uses natural dyes from fruits and berries, the result is a very tasty and natural treat!

Sometimes zephyr is compared to the marshmallow, known in the West. But this is not true at all! Zephyr, unlike marshmallows, have a natural taste and smell, and their consistency and structure are completely different and much more plasant.

Our confectioners have learned to make lots of Zephyr forms including Flowers! Roses, chrysanthemums, hydrangeas and... look at the lilus aster. It's ncreadible, isn't it? There are just a few masters-confectioners in Ukraine who make real masterpieces. Just flower arrangement of one of such professional your receiver is going to receive as your gift.

The price of a bouquet is determined by its size, or rather, the diameter of its base. For example, the base of the bouquet at this page as created as "Classic" is 24 cm. Although if you measure the bouquet itself (flowers), it will be larger, 31 cm!

Medium - base diameter 20 cm (the bouquet diameter is 27-30 cm)
Classic - base diameter 24 cm (the bouquet diameter is 32-37 cm)
Large - base diameter 30 cm (the bouquet diameter is 40-45 cm)
Premium - base diameter 50 cm (the bouquet diameter is 60-65 cm)
