One might think that this bouquet at our photo - is just another flowers arrangement. Not at all! Those "flowers" are made of Zephyr, an incredibly delicious confectionery, airy and weightless.
Sometimes zephyr is compared to marshmallow, that is known in the West. But it's not so at all! They might be looking similar, but Zephyr, unlike marshmallows, have a natural taste and smell, and their consistency and structure are completely different and much more plasant. In addition, Zephyr, that is prepared for our flowers, is completely natural. Even the dyes that are used in its preparation are extracted from vegetables, fruits and berries.

The price of a bouquet is determined by its size, or rather, the diameter of its base. For example, the base of the bouquet of peonies, roses and alstroemerias that you see in our photo is Large, 32 cm base. Although if you measure the bouquet itself (flowers), it will be larger, up to 45 cm!
