Zephyr is actually unknown treat at the West, but it's loved here in Ukraine. It's airy and weightless, sweet and fantastically delicious. It is made of fruit and berry puree, egg white and sugar, and is held together with natural pectin, agar-agar or gelatin. Even the dyes that are using in its preparation are extracted from vegetables, fruits and berries.

Sometimes zephyr is compared to marshmallow. However it's not so at all! They might be looking similar, but Zephyr, unlike marshmallows, have a natural taste and smell, and their consistency and structure are completely different and much more plasant. In addition, Zephyr, that is prepared for our flowers, is completely natural.

The price of a bouquet is determined by its size, or rather, the diameter of its base. For example, This bouquet at our photo is of a "Small" size, the base diameter of the alstroemerias bouquet is only 16 cm base. Although if you measure the bouquet itself (flowers) is 22 cm! Actually all bouquets size on the top is larger than their bazes, however the size of the increase always depends on which flowers make up the bouquet.

Small - base diameter 16 cm (the bouquet diameter is 20-25 cm)
Medium - base diameter 20 cm (the bouquet diameter is 27-30 cm)
Classic - base diameter 24 cm (the bouquet diameter is 32-37 cm)
Large - base diameter 30 cm (the bouquet diameter is 40-45 cm)
Premium - base diameter 50 cm (the bouquet diameter is 60-65 cm)
