Zephyr flower box could be a great alternative to a usual Cake or a box of chocolates. Zephyr is a loved sweet here in Ukraine, but what we normally could see is a simple Zephyr forms like forms of Marshmallow. However the skills of our confectioners are constantly improving and now they have learned to make beautiful flowers from Zephyr, to compose a really looking bouquets and flower gift box arrangements.

Zephyr is airy, weightless and completely natural delicacy that is making of a fruit and berry puree, egg white and sugar, and is held together with natural pectin, agar-agar or gelatin. More over, the confectioners usesnatural dyes that they extract from fruitsб berries and some vegertables.
