What is Zephyr? This incredibly delicious confectionery was invented by the ancient Greeks. Airy and weightless, it is made from fruit and berry puree, egg white and sugar, and is held together with natural pectin, agar-agar or gelatin. And if the confectioner uses natural dyes from fruits and berries, the result is a very tasty and natural treat!
Sometimes zephyr is compared to marshmallow, that is known in the West. But this is not true at all! Zephyr, unlike marshmallows, have a natural taste and smell, and their consistency and structure are completely different and much more plasant.

The price of a bouquet is determined by its size, or rather, the diameter of its base. For example, the base of the bouquet of peonies, roses and alstroemerias that you see in our photo is of the "Classic" size, i.e. diameter of its baze is 24 cm. However the bouquet itself (flowers) has fiameter of 31 cm! So do all other bouquets, but enlargement of a Flowers top depends on the sort of flowers that make a certain bouquet.

Premium - base diameter 50 cm (the bouquet diameter is 60-65 cm)
